All tickets to The Mystery Cafe are non-refundable. There are no extra charges to purchase your tickets online.

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your purchase, the show date, time and location. The email will also request your choice of entrees. In the case of force majeure, The Mystery Cafe reserves the right to suspend performance(s) and determine best course of action in regard to payments made toward said suspended performance(s). Force majeure is taken to mean any failure to perform that cannot be attributed to The Mystery Cafe because it cannot be blamed in terms of law, legal act or generally accepted standards.

Attendance of a public event holds inherent risk, including, but not limited to, possible exposure to infectious diseases.
