• Let's Kill the Boss! •
We've been performing this show since 1992. Updated with new bits for a new decade, Let's Kill the Boss! is a hilarious spoof of the thing most us do for most of our lives go to work. You'll recognize the wacky corporate types haunting this performance, and laugh along with their antics. We have assembled an all-star cast of comedy veterans together for this run. These guys are an experienced whacky bunch, and no two shows are ever quite the same. So, whether you are looking for a great date idea, have a few friends or a large group, if you like to let loose and laugh it up, then this is a show you do not want to miss.
Let's Kill The Boss! is what started it all! From the world premiere in the Twin Cities in 1992, Boss has since gone on to play in 40 states and 4 countries!
This show is available as a private function any day of the year.
Graydon Royce of the Minneapolis Star Tribune says Mystery Café is “...a good time at a highly polished show,” featuring “...a cast that does better work than much that I've seen at high art venues.”
Let's Kill The Boss! was written by Lee Adams, internationally-produced author of dozens of interactive comedies over the past two decades. Opening February 3 of this year and running through March 2012, the show features many audience favorites from past shows such as A Trial By Jury, Who Wants to Kill a Millionaire, Murder For Dummies, and American Homicidal. These professional actors are highly skilled at performing in our particular brand of interactive theater, where the audience comes first, we don’t insult anyone, make anyone get up and dance, and we're all on the same team, working together to have a FANTASTIC experience centered around great comedy and great food. Burgundy Braised Pot Roast
Fork tender roast, sliced thick and topped with a red wine pan sauce.
At the tasting we kept asking, “Really? This is the portion you'd be serving to our guests? Really?” This one'll fill you up!
Chicken Saltimbocca
Stuffed with prosciutto ham, provolone cheese, sage, and garlic
paired with a fire roasted red pepper cream sauce.
Wow. Also a very nice portion, and the combination of tastes really makes your mouth water!
Grilled Atlantic Salmon
Finished with a brown sugar and bourbon glaze.
We come from the East Coast originally, and are not big fans
of Midwest seafood. But this Salmon steak is fantastic!
Entrees are accompanied with mixed green salad, Yukon Mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable,
fresh baked rolls with butter, and premium roast coffee and tea.
We open at Majestic Oaks on October 21, with shows every Friday and Saturday
through the month of January. Click here for the show schedule and ticket purchase page.
